There are always 2 warranties given when hiring a roofing contractor:
- The WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY of the company installing the roof
- The MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY on the products used

What is the 11/10 Warranty?
This workmanship warranty is exclusively offered by TRI-COUNTY ROOFING. It is a maintenance program with annual inspections and a workmanship warranty for the duration of the shingle warranty.
How does your warranty work?
After the job is complete, we inspect the roof to make sure the work performed was done to the highest standard.
Every year for the first 10 years we come out and inspect the roof (11 inspections over the first 10 years). We will continue annual inspections FREE for the life of the shingle warranty if the homeowner annually requests us to come out. You can request us to come inspect your roof at any time within the shingle warranty.
No other company can offer a warranty this good!
After 11 inspections, there shouldn't be anything wrong with your roof whatsoever!
Why would I want my roof to be inspected annually?
Your roof is one of your biggest investments for your home. Many things can happen to your roof over the course of a year that can potentially cause damage to your home.
- Your roof is subjected to drastic temperature changes – from 100+ degree heat to sub zero cold, which can affect the roofing material.
- Hail damage and high winds can cause costly repairs.
- Invasion of animals or insects can damage roofing products such as vents, flashings, etc.

The inspector will thoroughly go over every area of your roof that Tri-County Roofing worked on.
If any part of your roof was not covered in the original contract and appears not to be functioning as it should, you will be notified about the problem. We can more than likely repair the problem, or we might be able to refer you to another qualified company, if we are not able to supply the service.

These warranties are offered by GAF-ELK. Other manufacturers' warranty coverages may differ slightly. Our knowledgable staff can answer any questions you many have regarding the coverage differences between manufacturers'.
